About the speaker:

Cadet Major Mitzi Garnier is 19 years old and was born in Idaho Falls, ID. She has been a member of the Civil Air Patrol for 5 years, achieving the rank of major. Garnier has participated in and led some of the largest leadership and aerospace events across the nation, and is currently serving as the local squadrons cadet commander as well as the Idaho Wing Encampment Cadet Commander. Garnier has come to love aviation more and more everyday with Civil Air Patrol being a heavy encouragement, and will complete her pilots license this summer. Garnier currently works at the local fixed base operator Aero Mark.
